Welcome to Burke’s V-Twin (“Burke’s V-Twin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of burkesvtwin.com, including all purchases of products and services offered through the website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to marketing communications, or otherwise using the website, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any additional policies referenced on this website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

Many products are fulfilled directly by authorized distributors. Other products may be shipped directly by B&M LLC.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. Inventory displayed on the website may not always reflect real-time availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, substitute updated manufacturer part numbers where appropriate, or cancel orders due to supplier shortages, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, compatibility information, and images are accurate. However, errors may occur, and Burke’s V-Twin does not warrant that all website content is error-free.
If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund or contact you with available options before processing the order.
5. Motorcycle Fitment
Motorcycle manufacturers frequently change specifications between model years, trim levels, and regional markets.
While Burke’s V-Twin strives to provide accurate fitment information, all compatibility information is provided as a convenience only.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that any product is compatible with their motorcycle before placing an order.
Burke’s V-Twin shall not be responsible for costs associated with ordering incorrect parts, including shipping charges, installation expenses, labor costs, or vehicle downtime resulting from incorrect fitment selections made by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to verify compatibility using manufacturer specifications, part numbers, and, when necessary, their motorcycle’s Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
6. Performance, Racing, and Off-Road Products
Burke’s V-Twin offers certain aftermarket performance products that may be intended solely for closed-course competition, racing, or off-road use where permitted by applicable law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether any product may be legally installed or operated on a street-driven motorcycle in their jurisdiction.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing emissions, vehicle modifications, noise regulations, safety equipment, inspections, and public roadway operation.
Burke’s V-Twin makes no representation that any particular product is legal for highway use in every jurisdiction.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order through burkesvtwin.com constitutes an offer to purchase products from B&M LLC. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
An order is accepted only when it has been processed and prepared for shipment.
Burke’s V-Twin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
– Pricing or typographical errors.
– Product unavailability.
– Inventory discrepancies.
– Supplier backorders or discontinued products.
– Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
– Errors in customer information.
– Violations of these Terms and Conditions.
If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
Burke’s V-Twin accepts payment through approved payment providers, including major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, and any additional payment methods displayed during checkout.
Financing options offered through third-party providers are subject to those providers’ separate terms, conditions, approval requirements, and privacy policies. Burke’s V-Twin is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party payment providers.
Burke’s V-Twin reserves the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed. If an order is canceled because of a pricing error, any payment received will be promptly refunded.
9. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, Burke’s V-Twin reserves the right to review any order for potential fraud.
We may request additional information to verify billing information, shipping addresses, payment authorization, or customer identity before processing an order.
Orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or resale in violation of applicable laws may be delayed, refused, or canceled without prior notice.
10. Shipping
Burke’s V-Twin currently ships only within the United States.
Orders may be fulfilled by B&M LLC or shipped directly from authorized manufacturers or distributors.
Shipping carriers may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other qualified carriers selected by Burke’s V-Twin.
Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Risk of loss and title to purchased products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery and report any shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible.
Claims involving lost packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Burke’s V-Twin will work with the customer and the shipping carrier to investigate the claim; however, resolution may depend upon the carrier’s investigation and applicable shipping policies.
11. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before the order has shipped.
Once an order has been shipped or tendered to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled and must instead comply with the Burke’s V-Twin Return & Refund Policy, if eligible.
Special-order items or products that have entered fulfillment with a manufacturer or distributor may not be eligible for cancellation even if they have not yet shipped.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by the Burke’s V-Twin Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Approved returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Electrical or electronic components.
– Special-order or custom-order products.
– Installed, used, altered, or damaged merchandise.
– Products returned without original packaging or missing components.
– Products designated as non-returnable on the product page.
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, hardware, and accessories included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error made by Burke’s V-Twin or the seller of record.
Refunds will be issued only after returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.
13. Used Parts
Burke’s V-Twin may offer used, refurbished, vintage, or take-off motorcycle parts.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all used parts are sold strictly AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customers purchasing used products acknowledge that cosmetic wear, finish imperfections, age-related deterioration, or normal signs of prior use are expected and do not constitute defects.
Used parts are intended for experienced motorcycle owners and technicians who understand the inherent risks associated with purchasing previously owned components.
14. Warranties
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Burke’s V-Twin and B&M LLC do not provide any independent warranty on products sold through this website.
Any applicable product warranty is provided solely by the original manufacturer and is subject to that manufacturer’s terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
Burke’s V-Twin will reasonably assist customers in initiating manufacturer warranty claims when appropriate; however, warranty approval, replacement, repair, or reimbursement decisions are made exclusively by the manufacturer.
Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, racing, modification, improper maintenance, or normal wear are not covered by any warranty offered by Burke’s V-Twin or B&M LLC.
15. Installation Disclaimer
Many motorcycle components require specialized tools, technical knowledge, and professional installation.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, Burke’s V-Twin does not install products purchased through the website. Installation services, when offered, are performed separately by appointment through B&M LLC and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Customers assume all responsibility for proper installation, adjustment, inspection, and safe operation of products purchased from Burke’s V-Twin.
Burke’s V-Twin shall not be responsible for labor charges, installation costs, towing expenses, rental vehicle costs, or other incidental expenses arising from product failure, incorrect installation, or incorrect product selection.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Burke’s V-Twin LLC, B&M LLC, their owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, distributors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from or relating to:

– Delayed shipments.
– Product incompatibility.
– Vehicle damage.
– Personal injury.
– Loss of profits.
– Loss of business.
– Loss of use.
– Data loss.
– Mechanical failure.
– Labor expenses.
In no event shall the total liability of Burke’s V-Twin or B&M LLC exceed the purchase price actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their motorcycle remains safe, properly maintained, and compliant with applicable laws.
18. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on burkesvtwin.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, website design, original photographs, custom product descriptions, artwork, videos, and other original materials created by Burke’s V-Twin, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names, manufacturer logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on this website is solely for identification, compatibility, and marketing of products lawfully offered for sale.
Nothing contained on this website grants any license or ownership interest in any third-party intellectual property.
19. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to simplify future purchases.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.
Burke’s V-Twin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the website, or interfere with other users.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Lost, stolen, altered, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaced.
